The village and the beach
Lourdata sits high enough above the sea to see the whole bay, with the mountain rising behind it and the beach reached by a road down through the terraces. The slopes between village and beach are planted with olives, fruit trees and villas. Trapezaki is the next bay to the west; Argostoli and the airport are to the north-west along the coast road.
