Setting
Argassi is a few minutes from the town by car and effectively its seaside suburb, strung along the main road with the sea on one side and the mountain rising steeply on the other. The beach is small and the resort is busy in summer; the slopes of Skopos above the road, planted with olives, are where the villas and the views are. The road south leads on to the beaches of the Vasilikos peninsula.

The stock divides between holiday apartments and small hotels on the flat ground by the coast road and villas with pools on the hillside above, along with plots on the slopes.
