The north-west
Volimes is really a group of villages, Ano and Kato Volimes among them, spread across the high ground of the north-west, with the cliffs of the west coast and the viewpoint over the shipwreck beach a short drive away and the road down to Agios Nikolaos and the north-east coast on the other side. The land is olives, vines and stone walls, and there are no resorts.

The market here is stone houses in the villages, some restored, and land: plots with views on the plateau and the slopes.
