The beach and the hill
The beach runs below the road, with tavernas and sunbeds in summer and a scatter of apartment blocks and houses between the shore and the tarmac. Above the road, on the steep slopes below Spartylas, villas look down the coast towards Corfu Town and across to the mainland. Ipsos and its services are a few minutes to the south, Nissaki a few minutes to the north.
